Why Massage?

Dogs, cats and other small animals benefit from massage in the same ways that humans do. The same techniques are used, modified for the anatomy and physiology of small animals. As with humans, professional training ensures that these techniques are applied safely and effectively to your pet.

Benefits of Massage

  • Relaxation- lowers physiological arousal and stress hormones
  • Increases range of motion and flexibility
  • Minimizes the effects of structural imbalances
  • Relieves pain and anxiety
  • Cleanses the body of toxins
  • Gently builds muscle tone
  • Decreases soreness, stiffness, and swelling
  • Builds trust between you and your pet

I encourage all pet owners to provide massage for their animals and will teach you the basics of a safe and effective routine.
